No refund will be made under such circumstances, and Samui Map Info reserves the right to take these actions without prior notification or compensation to the represented advertisers.

All content provided by the advertiser must comply with the applicable laws of Thailand. It is the sole responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the submitted content does not violate any local, state, or national laws. Any content found to be in violation may result in its removal, and legal actions may be taken.

Terms and Conditions for Store Addition on our website

Accuracy of Information

By adding a store to the Samui Map Info website, you agree that the provided information is accurate and up-to-date. You commit to keeping your store information precise and to inform Samui Map Info of any significant changes. Some places are automatically added from public internet data. Owners are still free to contact us for any changes.

Approval Procedure

Once a store is registered, an approval period by a site administrator is necessary before it goes live. Modifications will be made within 24 hours of the request.

Modifications to the Store Listing

For any modifications to the store listing, the owner must contact Samui Map Info. The modification will be made within 24 hours of the request.

Gratuitous Submission and Liability

The submission of a store is free. Samui Map Info disclaims any responsibility for issues related to the content of the listing.

AI-Generated Description

A description text will be automatically generated by Artificial Intelligence and can be modified by the owner by contacting us.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Registration can be done via the form available on our website. The box must be checked to accept these terms and conditions during registration.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions can be altered at any time, without notice to the listed stores.

Closure of an Establishment

Upon the closure of a registered establishment on the website, the owner agrees to inform Samui Map Info to notify it of the closure.

Rights of Samui Map Info

Samui Map Info reserves the right to refuse, modify, or delete a listing at any time, for any reason, at our discretion.

Content Rights and Permissions

When a store owner adds, modifies, or uploads content (including, but not limited to images, videos, texts, geolocation information, etc.) to the Samui Map Info website, they grant Samui Map Info the unrestricted right to use this content for the creation of the map and for promotional purposes on both electronic and paper media. The owner acknowledges and agrees that by submitting this content, they are granting Samui Map Info an unlimited, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute the content. The owner further confirms that they hold all rights to the content provided and will not submit any content that is copyrighted by another party.

Terms and Conditions for Digital and Paper Map

Commercial Exclusivity

Commercial approaches are exclusively carried out by Mr. David Pernes, the only person authorized by KSWC Co., Ltd. (Samui Multimedia) to canvass, collect information, issue order forms, and collect payments. KSWC Co., Ltd. (Samui Multimedia) disclaims any responsibility for approaches made by unauthorized third parties.

Pricing and Orders

All orders are executed according to the rates in effect on the day of reservation. The order form is irrevocable. In case of cancellation, the Publisher will retain the amounts already paid, and no refund will be issued. Advertising rates and formats are subject to change without prior notice. Advertisers will be notified of any changes that impact their current or upcoming orders.

Advertisement Content and Design

If the advertiser does not provide the necessary information for crafting the advertisement before the deadline set by the Publisher during the preparation of the order form, the Publisher reserves the right to publish the advertisement with the available information or to cancel the publication.

The placement of the advertisement on the map is agreed upon at the time of signing the order form. However, the Publisher reserves the right to modify this placement without prior notice. No compensation or refund will be granted for such changes.

Once the design is approved, the Publisher cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions not previously reported by the advertiser. Samui Map Info is not liable for any typographical errors or inaccuracies once the advertiser has approved the advertisement design.

Printing Artwork Guidelines

If the advertiser provides their own design, it must comply with the following specifications:

• Document color mode set to CMYK.
• Exact format matching the ad size.
• Fonts converted to outlines.
• Use high-resolution images at 300 dpi.
• Provide the document as a PDF.

Automatically Added Listings

Samui Map Info reserves the right to add establishments based on publicly available data. However, until validated by the business owner, the accuracy of these listings cannot be guaranteed. Business owners are free to contact us for any changes or corrections to their listings.

Mediation and Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation in accordance with Thai law before pursuing any legal action.

Delays by Advertisers

Any delays in payment or in providing the necessary elements (texts, images, logos, etc.) by the advertiser may result in their visibility being postponed to the next edition of the map. Samui Map Info is not responsible for such delays caused by advertisers.

Compliance with Thai Laws

All content provided by the store representative must comply with all applicable laws of Thailand. It is the sole responsibility of the store owner to ensure that the submitted content does not violate any local, state, or national laws. Any content found to be in violation may result in the removal of the listing and potential legal actions.
